My Account Security Upgrades

Protecting your information is important to us and we are upgrading our security process to better protect your information. If you have an existing Florida Farm Bureau® Insurance My Account Portal login, a new user ID and password will need to be created that meets our new security standards. In addition, a Member, Primary Named Insured and/or Spouse of Primary Named Insured on the account are authorized to create an online account. Each individual will need to create a user ID and password to access the Florida Farm Bureau Insurance My Account Portal account.

After registering, the Primary Named Insured and Spouse of the Primary Named Insured (Civil Union Partner) will be able to access all account and policy information. Starting November 2, 2023, you will have access to a new Customer Account Management Portal that will allow the Primary Named Insured and Spouse of the Named Insured (Civil Union Partner) to make limited policy changes for your Personal Auto Policy.
