We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist our Marion County Farm Bureau office in Ocala. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an independent, hard-working, highly motivated individual. This multifaceted opportunity entails day-to-day customer service for clients as well as general account marketing and producer support.
- Provide customer service to existing and prospective clients.
- Contact and schedule appointments with existing and prospective clients.
- Post payments, make deposits and handle all billing questions.
- Process new business, renewal business, endorsements and cancellations. This may include policy payments and claims.
- Review applications and policies to identify and target new business lines to existing clients.
- Clearly communicate the coverage within an insurance policy to an existing client.
- Act as a liaison between the insured and the insurance companies.
- Researching and answer client questions regarding coverage in a timely manner.
- Continue to develop and manage relationships with an existing base of clients.
Preferable Position Qualifications:
- Active 440 license
- 1-2 years of insurance experience.
